ISO 9001:2015 Certification: Magnum Metal Treating's Quality Management System is based upon the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is certified by the Management Certification of North America.

quality employees: To ensure our employees remain competent, we maintain a strict training program based on job descriptions, consisting of documentation handling, online courses, video and on-the-job training.
quality equipment: Our heat treat equipment is qualified to meet API 6A through:
** Preventive maintenance
** Calibration of temperature and vacuum controllers and recorders
** Validation of atmosphere and quench systems

Our hardness test equipment is verified daily and calibrated quarterly by outside services per ASTM E10, E18, and E384.
quality processes: Magnum Metal Treating has developed literally hundreds of processes. Our software database allows us to create processes specific to our clients exact requirements. This system safeguards against deviations and ensures consistent results from one order to the next. When requirements change and the process is revised, the parts linked to that new process are simultaneously updated.
