What makes Magnum Metal Treating different from other providers? It's simple — our people and our long-term customer relationships. We have customers that have been with us since our beginning in 1981. We also have dedicated and long-term employees. Five of our employees have more than 15 years of service with us and two of them have more than 35 years experience. Our employees also receive ongoing and extensive training. Thanks to our long-term employees, our newer employees receive constant learning through on the job training and mentoring. Additionally, they all take part in online heat treatment courses, in-house training and research and development programs. Given our total number of employees, we have more than 150 years of combined heat treating experience. This, along with our strong dedication to customer service, gives us our overall customer satisfaction rate of 95.6%.
